Our Cattle

Registered Angus cattle raised on lush pastures with a focus on genetics, performance, and animal welfare.

Grass-Fed, Pasture-Raised

Our Angus herd grazes year-round on managed pastures using intensive rotational grazing. This low-input approach produces healthier animals, better genetics, and premium quality beef — all while improving the land.

Performance Genetics, Low Input Management

The Genetic Program

We have spent decades building a cow herd around some of the top genetics in the Angus breed — drawing from proven programs like Connealy, BAR, GAR, SAV, Yon, and others. The result is a cow herd that consistently produces cattle with elite EPD profiles and real-world performance.

Our selection focus has always been on cattle that work in our environment: low input cows that thrive on pasture, calve unassisted, raise a good calf, and do it again for many years. We have never chased extreme numbers at the expense of function. Longevity and efficiency are the traits that make a cow herd profitable over time.

Pasture & Grazing Management

Our cow herd is exclusively raised on pasture through intensive rotational grazing — moved every one to three days to fresh paddocks. The cows stay in excellent body condition year-round with minimal hay and no supplemental feed. Stockpiled grasses in winter often provide more nutrition than they need. This low-cost system is what allows us to focus investment into genetics rather than feed bills.

Replacement Heifers Available

We periodically have replacement heifers available from our own cow herd. These heifers are built for low input operations — selected for calving ease, maternal ability, structural soundness, and longevity. If you are looking to add quality Angus genetics to your operation, our replacement heifers represent decades of careful selection. We can tell you the sire, dam, and the full story on every animal we sell.
